We accept all Visa, Mastercards and American Express and Postepay (an Italian pre-paid, rechargeable, VISA Electron card). At Fashionis we also accept prepaid cards as well as Maestro and Visa Electron.
Paying by credit card remains a very safe way to pay for goods because the communication between our website and the bank is coded and cannot be traced.
Fashionis uses the Verisign® Secure Site Pro protocol with SSL EV (Extended Validation) certification; the current highest security standard. The data on your card will not be able to be read by third parties.
PayPal allows you to pay for your order without having to input your own financial details. These details are memorized in your own Paypal account. By choosing this payment method, and following your purchase confirmation, the Paypal login page will open to allow you to access your own account and finish the payment. If you don’t have your own Paypal account, you can create one before completing the order.
Choosing to pay by cash on delivery means that you will pay the exact amount in cash to the courier when he/she delivers the package.
Couriers cannot give change therefore we recommend you have the total amount for your order ready in cash. They do not accept cheques.
It is not possible to select this method of payment for orders over 1,000 euros.
This type of payment incurs an additional cost of € 5.50. This amount is clearly indicated in your basket before you complete your order.
In order to be reimbursed for an article you returned that was paid for in cash to the courier, you must have a current bank account or post office account.
