If a Customer is not satisfied with his or her purchase for any reason, items may be returned within 10 days from the date of receipt of goods.
Fashionis exclusively reimburses the value of the goods returned.
Italy: There are no shipping costs for returns using the procedure outlined in the e-mail confirmation of the return.
Other countries (excluding Italy): Shipping costs of returns shall be borne by the customer. Customers may choose their own trusted courier, bearing in mind that delivery must be made within 10 days from entering the return request online.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS
- 1. Log in to your Account (Login -> Account) under "My Returns".
- 2. Click on "New return request" and follow the instructions on this page.
- 3. Use the same packaging in which the articles were received.
- 4. After sending the return request, please follow the instructions in the email sent concerning the withdrawal of products.
- 5. Upon receipt of the package and after the acceptance of the returned item, notifications will be sent regarding the outcome of the refund.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Fashionis reserves the right to only accept returns that comply with all the following conditions:
- The return form must be properly completed online.
Every item must be returned including all labels, packaging and accessories (case, hangers, garment covers, etc.) received with the order.
- The returned goods must not show any signs of use or be altered in any way (worn, washed, ironed, etc.).
- The goods must be returned in the same condition they were shipped in and packaged appropriately.
- The branded boxes for footwear and accessories are to be considered part of the article. These should be intact and not used as external shipping boxes
- Returns must be packaged in the original Fashionis box or other suitable, secure box and closed properly. Returned products must be sent to Fashionis in a single shipment. Fashionis reserves the right not to accept products from the same order that are returned at different times. <
Returned items must be received at the offices of Fashionis within 10 days following completion of the return form online.
- The goods must be returned in the same country in which the order was shipped.
Fashionis reserves the right not to accept returned merchandise if the return does not comply with the terms and conditions of the return policy. In such a case this will be communicated via email and you may choose to have the products purchased resent or otherwise, Fashionis will process the articles without refunding their cost.
The amount reimbursed shall be the value of the object returned.
If you intend to return the goods you have purchased using a discount code, in case of acceptance of your return by FASHIONIS, you will be refunded the price you paid less any discount codes, if they prove no longer to be applicable.
Timing for reimbursements: within fifteen days of receipt of the returned item.
Arrangements for reimbursement depend on the payment method chosen for the order:
- Credit Card: For orders paid by credit card or debit card the refund will be made on the card used for the transaction.
- - Paypal: For orders paid with Paypal the amount will be refunded to the Paypal account used for the transaction.
- - Cash on Delivery (ONLY FOR RETURNS IN ITALY): For orders paid in cash the refund will be arranged by transfer to a bank or post office account. Within the online Return Form is a request to enter the data of the current account to which the amount to be refunded is to be credited.
