It is not possible to specify an exact date or time of delivery. Our courier delivers Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 5 pm. We recommend that you select an address where you can be easily contacted.When your package is dispatched we will send you an e-mail confirming the date of delivery.

The courier will make a second attempt at delivery, after which your package will be retained at the nearest warehouse as detailed on the note the courier will leave outside your door.Then, you can contact the courier by phone to arrange a new date for delivery or to collect your package held at the nearest warehouse. After ten days of storage at the courier, the package will go back to Fashionis.

You will not be able to change the address once the order has been placed.

Orders dispatched to Italy, France and the United Kingdom must be placed through the website of the relative country, shown at the top right of each web page. For delivery to other European countries, the order can be placed through any of the countries listed at the top right of each web page. If you are not satisfied with a purchased item you can activate the returns process, as detailed in the relevant section, free of charge.The returned item cannot be automatically exchanged with another product or with the same item in a different colour/size: please place a new order for the item of your choice.

In order for your return to be accepted the tags must be intact. It is therefore recommended that you retain the tags and do not remove them from the item, leaving the seal intact.

Yes, if the goods are not damaged and if you send them back in time, at Fashionis all returns are free. Please see the Refunds and Returns page for our refunds policy.

If you paid cash on delivery you will be refunded by bank transfer to a bank or post-office account. You can provide us with your current account details by filling out the Refunds and Returns section under your Account.

We will activate the refunds process on the day the item is returned to our warehouse and the item has undergone quality checks. Due to banking timeframes, refunds by the methods listed in the Returns Form will take around 30 working days from the date of issue of our e-mail confirming acceptance of the return.For information on a pending refund, please contact us through the contact form, providing the return number as specified in our e-mail.

International size conversions are available in the Fashionis Size guide. The size detailed in the product description is the size provided on the item by the designer.If you are already familiar with the designer, we recommend that you purchase the size you purchased previously.

Our designers provide full details of the size and fit specifics arising from the photo shoot or provided by the manufacturer on the product descriptions.For products that do not specify this information, we recommend that you purchase your usual size, consulting the international conversions in our Size guide, where applicable.

All available item sizes are generally published on Fashionis. A product may be restocked during the season: please register and save the item under Favourites so that you can check its availability.
