REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Returning items purchased from Fashionis.com is very simple. Try the items purchased in the comfort of your own home: you have 10 working days to decide whether to keep or return the items, choosing the carrier you prefer.
We will activate the refunds process as soon as the returned item is delivered to our warehouse.


Please ensure that both tag and seal are intact as these are an integral part of the product. We also recommend that you handle the product with care so that it is not damaged. Fashionis.com reserves the right to reject returns for which notifications or the returns themselves are dispatched more than 10 working days following delivery or items returned in a condition other than the condition in which they were received. The return shipment is always paid by Fashionis for Italy. For other countries shipping charges for return products are the responsibility of the customer. Here are the simple steps to be followed to activate the returns process:

  1. Login to your Account and click on "Refunds and Returns".
  2. Prepare the package for courier collection (by using the same packaging of delivery) and attach the return labels contained therein.

Your will be sent e-mail notification of acceptance of the return within 15 days’ of dispatching the package, once the returned items have undergone quality and conformity checks.



REFUND OF RETURNS: TIMEFRAMES AND METHODS

The refund will correspond to the returned product price. Refund timeframes and methods vary according to the method of payment selected for the order being returned.

  • If you paid the order by card (credit or prepaid card): we will chargeback the amount paid for the returned item to the same card used to make the payment.
  • If you paid by PayPal: we will credit the amount to be refunded to the Paypal account used to make the payment.

The refunds procedure is instantly activated on acceptance of the return, notification of which will be sent by e-mail. Refund timeframes vary from bank to bank: it will take around 10 to 20 working days from the date of notification of acceptance of the return.
