EASY RETURNS
Returning items purchased from Fashionis.com is very simple. Try the items purchased in the comfort of your own home: you have 10 working days to decide whether to keep or return the items, choosing the carrier you prefer.
We will activate the refunds process as soon as the returned item is delivered to our warehouse.

Fashionis ships to all European countries.
Items are delivered in 3-4 working days.
The above delivery times apply on orders placed before 5 pm, Monday to Friday.

DELIVERY
Deliveries take place between 9 am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. It is not possible to select the date and time of delivery therefore you should always provide an address where someone will be able to receive your parcel on weekdays. SHould the first delivery attempt fail, the courier will make a second attempt. After the second failure of delivery your package will be retained at the nearest warehouse as detailed on the note the courier will leave outside your door. You can then contact the courier by phone and arrange a new date for delivery or go and collect your package held at the nearest warehouse. After ten days of storage at the courier, the package will be sent back to Fashionis.Countries of delivery
Orders dispatched to Italy, France and the United Kingdom must be placed through the website of the relative country, shown at the top right of each Fashionis.com page. For any delivery to other European countries, the order can be placed through any of the Fashionis.com country websites.At Fashionis.com we will soon be able to deliver items outside Europe so watch this space!
